Coherence time of a Bose-Einstein condensate

Markov sampling software (Metropolis sampling algorithm) for calculating the coherence time (distribution) of the condensate and non-condensate order parameter(s) for a given total particle number, temperature and trap frequency of a Bose-Einstein condensate.
