- 🔭 I'm working at Onehouse. At Onehouse, we're building the future of data management with an open, engine-agnostic data lakehouse. This eliminates the need for separate data silos on platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, Cloudera, or even AWS. With Onehouse, you store your data once and access it seamlessly from any of these tools. We achieve this by decoupling data storage from the processing engine, giving you flexibility and avoiding vendor lock-in. Previously I was the Head of Developer Relations, Community, and Technology Partnerships at StarRocks / CelerData, an open source query engine that that delivers data warehouse performance on the data lake. StarRocks received InfoWorld’s 2023 BOSSIE Award for best open source software. Before CelerData, I worked at software vendors (MongoDB, Red Hat, IBM) and on the software customer side (Honda R&D, Blue Shield of CA, Michelin, Plaid, Visa, Costco, Home Depot, Target, Palo Alto Networks, Disney, Coinbase).
