Gitlab CICD pipeline

Motivation and Context

As a dev, I want to run Moonshot in my CICD pipeline so I can test my model/RAG application every time it is redeployed.

How to Test

Clone moonshot-data to gitlab, as your own project or something.
Set the variables as indicated with the value.
Modify the .example-gitlab-ci.yml to .gitlab-ci.yml, and it should be able to run pipeline.
