First version of MD2odt CLI application

This is CLI application for MD2odt library. Here is how to use this application:

Order of arguments has to be respected.

Path to source file, zip or directory. (required)
Output path with name of converted document. (required)
Optional switches:
-t followed by path to template
-c followed by charset which can be one of these:
utf-8
utf-16
utf-16be
utf-16le
iso-8859-1
iso-8859-2
windows-1250
us-ascii
