Fixed a small bug that I could have sworn I had already fixed prior (wrong indexing at an array).

Might have been caused by surfdrive overwritting things...

First real release. Most bugs (should) have been ironed out.

-Added a few example files so one can run the tool without EDF+ files (note to read the inluded readme on example files).
-Added an option that sets the tool up to correct for any asynchrony caused by Pauses in the Presentation Log.

Did a major recode on the visual looks. The interface is now intuïtive and the configuration wizard has been cleaned up to provide more concise information.

Also recoded how triggers are compared to follow suit with the configuration-wizard changes.

Fixed a bug with the removal of triggers in the EDF+ file: it ill populated and did not pass along the list of triggers to be removed.
