[Tarot] 1.3.0

- Update cards into different components like rank, suit, and arcana. - Show all variations of a card's rank and suit name and allow searching cards based on any of them. - include standard french deck suit emojis. - Allow setting different card images from tarot.com. - Use HSV to get more normalized colours for embeds. - Reset random state between uses of `[p]tarot life`.
