Alpha release of version 3

Major updates.

1. Actual user registration system (profile mgmt, password recovery, etc)
2. Change from server side charting to client side
3. Change in DB structure (you will need to export your old data and import into this one- I will provide instructions)
4. Separating indoor and outdoor data gathering.
5. Adding electric meter reading/display.

This 3.0a release is an alpha. "It works for me" and "YMMV" apply.

Final version of 2.0

I really should have used the "release" tool before now, but totally forgot it even existed.

There is a database incompatibility between version 1.0 and 2.0
