I also like this because it invites people to sign up even if they don't have the capacity right now and just want to be on the list for future cohorts. It also uses the identity-focused language I keep seeing studies about being more effective for volunteer recruitment (ie, "Be a mentor" vs "Mentor a participant"). Looks great! |

In effort to minimize the number of future small changes to the website during program application process, the proposal is to keep the mentor CTA generalize so that it works for each FT program cohort.
