First beta for MC 1.14
I cannot list the all changes compared to the Minecraft 1.12 version (1.6.0).
There are not many new features compared to the 1.12 version (except for a disabled-by-default sun-protection umbrella).
In general many many many things have been rewritten, cleaned up and improved.
