Updated the generation and submit Slurm job script for daily ingestion so that it uses a local virtual miniconda Python environment to resolve issues with installation of 3rd party Python modules not available in the system Python. Added the Knowledge Graph API service to the Docker Compose file for deployment on Amazon EC2.
