Packages needed to run preprocessing model:
- spacy(pip install spacy)
- en_core_web_sm(python -m spacy download en_core_web_sm)
- Word2number(pip install word2number)
To run preprocess.py: python preprocess.py <In_directory> <out_directory> 'LOG_LEVEL'
