Nero Pre-Release v0.922 - Rembrandt EX

All the previous fixes from the 0.91(repeating) pre-release, now with a working file sync mode selector and fixed one-time runner prefix selection.

Also in case you missed it, Nero should definitely work now for all Qt versions up to and including the latest Qt 6.8.1.

Added new tweaks to (slightly?) enhance the user experience.
