Added "complete_matches" argument to sequences_to_features to allow a component to be annotated by another component of the same size. Also added "strip_prefixes" argument to sequences_to_features and features_to_circuits to enable specification of which properties to remove when deriving a newly curated component or module (e.g., removing properties that begin with the synbiohub or genbank namespace).
