aggiunta una opzione nel blocco form per abilitare o meno l'uso dell'otp.
Di default è disabilitato.
Nel video, il primo esempio mostra cosa succede quando sia abilita il flag per l'otp
il secondo cosa succede quando il flag per l'otp è disabilitato
Per avere tutto funzionante serve aggiornare anche la versione di volto.formsupport almeno alla 3.1.4
