H700 have only 1gb ram, add support for compressed ram, to allocate more RAM for applications that need it and avoid OOM crash e.g. HL2, Portal, Minecraft etc (at the cost of little higher CPU usage)

Any config changes should be applied equally to all devices to prevent fragmentation,

ok, Ive created another PR with minimal defconfig for all devices, then add zram here
