Changes
Various wipeout related updates (dusty-qw):
Simplified "1on1" notifications
Spawning players cannot take or give damage for 1 second (but can still rocket jump)
Respawn times are now calculated based on number of players in team. This should improve 2v3 or 3v4 experience.
Some minor bug fixes with sounds and team settings
STATS: show shotgun damage after percentage (dusty-qw)
Do not override the required number of votes (2) for an election (ciscon)
Removed biosuit to trigger autotrack (tcsabina)
Add Tribe of Tjernobyl mode (dusty-qw):
ToT is a dmm4 1v8 bot game. You spawn with full health and unlimited ammo while the bots spawn with no armor and only shotguns. The goal is to frag as many bots as possible before dying, up to a 5 minute limit. Powerups are enabled.
To play (e1m2 is a good map for this):

WIPEOUT: reduce chances of repeat spawn locations (dusty-qw)
Improvements
Add 3 second centerprint countdown before pauses and unpauses. Also added switch sound effect during pause countdown (Dusty)

QVM: Fix bitrot of QVM builds and include in CI, mostly C89-isch changes. QVM is the OS and architecture independent version of KTX that works with browser based FTE in addition to native mvdsv, ezQuake and FTE.
