A bunch of stuff!

Pokes:
-Added Shroomish, Aron, Lairon, Deino, and Zweilous. Evolution for each
-Gardevoir learns Dazzling Gleam on evolution

Moves:
-Added Mach Punch, Swift, Tail Whip, Growl, Metal Claw, Iron Head, Iron Tail
-Increased priority: Mach Punch and Water Shuriken have a brief cooldown but require no energy to use
-Debuff AoEs: Tail Whip reduces DV and MA, Growl reduces melee accuracy depending on the growler's Ego
-Cones: Swift, Bubble, and Disarming Voice are smart cone attacks (only hit active enemies)
-PP should work properly for all moves
-Damage restructured for all special moves, should be more consistent with each-other, but unbalanced still (trying to figure it out)
-Horn Leech is now an activated ability, in addition to supplying horns it is now a shield as well. Only steals life when activated
-Bite and Crunch have activated abilities now required to deal Umbral Damage
-Metal Claw and Iron Tail have activated abilities increasing penetration by 50%, Crunch does so as well
-Iron Head and Bite activated abilities have 50% chance to stun

Abilities:
-Cute Charm reduced to 5%, no longer affects mentally shielded enemies

Typing and physiology:
-Steel types are immune to itchy skin and poison
-Shroomish and Breloom are immune to itchy skin
-Ice types cannot be frozen
-Electric types are immune to paralysis

Other:
-All Pokemon play their cry when released from a ball and when evolving
-Touched up Braixen sprite

Reworked the energy usage of moves. Cooldowns are eliminated. PP are made clear now. PP recharge to full after 50 turns of not being used and while at full health. Recharging is paused while damaged and resets after using the same move.

Added Thunderbolt and Dazzling Gleam

Pressure radius increased from 8 to 20 (still requires line of sight)
