[UI v2] feat: Adding action details for selected automations and deployments

1. Add wrapper component to format actions for selected resources.
2. Added component to support action details for automations and deployments. *Currently using inline mock data. Still need to figure out mechanism for getting data of these resources and passing them down.
3. Adds CPU icon (will be used for workpools and work queues.)
