A MATLAB library to analyze multi-channel spectrally-resolved Fluorescence Lifetime Imaging Microscopy data by Pattern-Matching algorithm based on linear-unmixing method
This software has been developed in the scope of a PhD dissertation of Sumeet Rohilla during the "BitMAP" project, which was funded from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie grant agreement No 675332. The software is not a regular product from PicoQuant and will not be supported by PicoQuant.
