Mac: drag QTPenny from zip to applications.

test GUI

fixed compile issues on many platforms, wallets will now save properly in CLI ( no .wallet), GUI had mixin logic adjusted and decimals places corrected.

Ui is a little more explanatory, with tooltips for GUI wallet

QTPenny.zip is mac GUI, qtprnnyWindows is win GUI

Re-version & icon

Made a new version so the installer will show up as the default, added the correct icon for windows ( i think know for sure when it's compiled in an hour, and added newer blockchain.

Also changed the name, pennstall was a fun pun but not really intuitive.

Installer 1.0

Due to chain not syncing, moving to installers with an included chain. Also removes need for long sync initially.

Inctructions: Linux, run penstall.sh, QTPenny executable will be placed on your desktop.

Windows: run the installer
