This PR readies Stylus for mainnet. Included are the following changes.

  • asm size prediction, cutting activation data fees 10x.
  • proper init pricing.
  • module hashes now include the codehash, ensuring their uniqueness.
  • fixes from the audit.

Resolves STY-23 and STY-102
