Receiver_recon:

payload is having few empty value's which is not acceptable . For eg message.orderbook.orders.payment.@ondc/org/buyer_app_finder_fee_type",message.orderbook.orders.payment.params.transaction_status etc
settlement_timestamp cannot be more than payment.updated_at timestamp
