nwg-dock-hyprland: fix version

I'm terribly sorry, in my last pr that updated nwg-dock-hyprland: #370829 somehow I didn't include the updated version tag? I think after I re-did my branch to include the treewide change of rev = "refs/tags/..." to tag, I didn't update the version again, I don't know how I missed that, so trying to rebuild the system now gives a hash error, since it tries the new hash with the old version.

Now the compilation works again.
