Fyi for commiters as context as this is a major version bump.
since lz4 1.10.0 the legacy command lz4c is disabled by default (and we don't enable that either).
<4.0.0 uses that command.
The only notable change between 3.2.13 and 4.0.0 is the switch from lz4c to lz4, see alunduil/zfs-replicate@v3.2.13...v4.0.0
The package is currently un-usable due to the missing compat command in lz4
