Implementation of #75.

Needs some cleaning up and implementation of all features

  • add attribute for non-standard plugin paths in repo
  • add attribute for pinning plugin to specific commit
  • Add tag that adds a warning to the plugin
  • possibility to mark plugins as deprecated
