Added example scripts for a one group bayesian parameter estimation.

I consider this the first proper release. The examples and all the plots should work, so feel free to play around with it. This release does not provide you with code to do specific models, it only works for a two group comparison and comes with cool visualization of mcmc diagnostics and of posterior parameter distributions.

v1.1-beta

This release now includes a readme-file with installation instructions, needed functions from Matlab's File Exchange as well as a function for MCMC diagnostics.
This is release still hasn't been thoroughly tested yet, although it works fine on my machine.

First release of the Matlab Toolbox for Bayesian Estimation.
This is still an unstable version and only for comparing two groups.
