The revolver is normally reserved for highly burdened chaplains, but I figured it was such a banger chaplains should be able to select it if they want
It's fairly weak; not being able to crit in a single magazine, so I think this is fine
However I didn't want to leave burdened chaplains in the dust, so now the revolver they get as a reward for their dedication is a buffed version - it can crit in a single magazine, among other things.
I also gave it some minor changes, like "You must be a chaplain to pray for a reload" and "Chaplains can flip it without having a holster"
