Auto Update & Fixes

So many changes:

• Added Auto-Updater (enabled by default)
• Fixed program auto closing when SteamVR does
• Config:
• • Made AutoCloseWithSteamVr be true be default
• • Added Discord PTB and Canary branches to targeted applications
• • Added Dev Vars for debugging purposes
• Slightly changed the icon a tad
• Text over 500 characters will now truncate to 1500 characters
• • may be adjusted if/when needed in future updates
• • This covers Issue #1
