MicroProfile 1.2 Features Tech Preview Companion Demo

This is an update of the microprofile-conference demo app that updates the microprofile-session service and frontend to illustrate the MicroProfile 1.2 features MP-JWT 1.0, MP-Health 1.0, MP-Config 1.1 and MP-Metrics 1.0.
