Move to async/await.

  • Updated tests
  • Setup CI
  • Check Meteor < 3.0 support

I think we will have to bite the bullet on this one and jump to v1 and support only Meteor 3 forward. Or at the very least from Meteor 2.8.1...

I don't think Meteor v2 will work with that one from what I've checked.

Yes, had some trouble releasing as well.

I think the best approach will be to do a major version release to make this clear.
