v0.174 Released

This is a follow-up to v0.173 for minor bug fixes.

• Fixed an issue with saving songs into playlists.
• Added an 'About Streamus' menu option with the current version and buttons to link to this changelog and the website.
• Fixed misc. other bugs with hovering elements and minor cleanup.
