Fix: Layout Rendering Issue in Spaces Page (#91)

Description
This PR fixes the layout rendering issue on the "Spaces Page" and enhances the user experience by adding a glowing effect on hover for the specified elements.

Changes Made
Adjusted CSS styles for proper column alignment and spacing.
Updated the background wave design to prevent interference with content.
Added a glowing hover effect to improve interactivity.

Steps to Test

1. Open the "Spaces Page" on the updated branch.
2. Scroll down to the section titled:
   "Functionality and Flow"
   "Sustainability"
   "Balance between Technology and Humanity"
3. Verify:
   The layout is properly aligned and content is readable.
   The glowing hover effect is working as intended.
