Requirements:
- MATLAB R2021a

Notes:
- Use TIF or TIFF images for DM and CM values and full functionality.
- PNG and JPG images may require manual retrieval of image scale for CM and Shrinkage calculations.
- Using the image saver to save masks (if leaving in the default PNG format) contains resolution data in pixels/meters. Should the resolution calculation fail, it will be 1 pixel/meter.
- Automated retrieval of image scale has only been tested with SEM images from an FEI Quanta 650 ESEM
