A Video analytics tool converting videos to M3U8 playlists using HLS and utilizing IBM Cloud APIs for speech-to-text transcription as well as gaining comprehensive and sentiment analysis of the transcription.
Make sure that you have the following:
- Python 3+ and pip (which comes with Python 3+)
- flask
- An environment to work in - something like Jupyter or Spyder
