Solution detail screen and performance improvements

• The "prune leaderboard" setting is now persisted
• Added a solution detail form - just activate the solution (usually clicking the same item twice) and it will pop up
• Significant performance optimizations. Most importantly, this makes leaderboard pruning essentially free.

Bugfix release

Fixed an IndexOutOfRangeException on Find when some inspirationals are selected.

Fixed the inspiration penalty, added organism pruning

• The inspiration penalty is now correctly applied based on the amount of inspirationals of the same type, rather than all taken together. Oops.
• There's a new option to prune the leaderboard organisms to make sure none are obviously wrong (having worse score than another organism, while having no inspirational in lesser amount).

Added inspiration penalty

The inspiration penalty is now correctly applied - using the same inspirational in learning will now incur a penalty, instead of different inspirationals having a fixed penalty. My bad :)

Fixed settings upgrade, new inspirationals

• Settings upgrade will no longer overwrite saved settings for the current version :)
• Added weight to a few inspirationals, notably the dreadful Simple Crucifix with a weight of 3. Ouch.

Search retry option

Added an option to retry the solution search using the top 5 organisms from the last search in the initial organism list.

Automatic settings upgrade

Added automatic settings upgrade, which should ease the pain of upgrading to a new version of the application.

Bugfix release

• Reworked the window size loading so that the form is no longer distorted.
• Removed window location saving.
• Fixed the Reset All button.
• Fixed an error when there's no available inspirationals selected.

Improved inspirational table
