This PR relies on #17 to read the EigenDA v1 cert
Then together with this PR, Layr-Labs/eigenda-proxy#222, this PR can parse the raw blob down the actual compressed op-batches (i.e. the payload part of the eigenda blob).
An alternative approach is to use the original get method (i.e. not the raw blob), and then perform the codec. The alternative would also work.
