This is a simple experiment to test the background discussion features of the Background app. This is to be used in a hybrid setting where people are in the same room and can discuss different topics and be assisted by the app to enable quick and to the point discussions.

The backend is currently a firebase instance which can be swapped out for a different firebase instance. A demo instance is currently running at https://background-debates.de/ and can be used for testing. Even though the app is written in Flutter, it is only available for Web.
