Description

Add basic documentation, currently not very structured and with many TODOs. Merging this so that we have a starting reference for further documentation efforts.

Checklist

Make sure all items are checked before submitting the pull request. Remove any items that are not applicable.

• I have used agoric's linter on my code (What linting configuration should I use for my Agoric contracts? Agoric/agoric-sdk#8274)
• I have updated the documentation to reflect the changes (if applicable).
• I have added/updated unit tests to cover the changes.
• All existing tests pass.

• Are there changes in the /fronted folder? Make sure cd frontend && yarn build runs successfully.;

Good stuff! Noticed that the gifs looked a bit weird. Seems like quality was lossed in compression or sth. Maybe we can improve this?
