As a reader I benefit greatly from the Blue style guide, and I'v translated it into a Chinese version.
Could we put it here so that Julia learners from the JuliaCN community or somewhere else who are unfamiliar with English might have a quick reference?

I think this could be a useful change for the CN community. One thing to consider here is the maintenance of various language documents going forward and how that will be handled.

The translations are excellent! Just one small suggestion on naming: "模组" => "模块"

Since BlueStyle has become relatively stable. I think hosting the translated version for such one-page documentation is okay. For instance, git flight rules contains many translated versions together with the original English version.

But if Invenia doesn't intend to host the translated versions, we(JuliaCN) can host it and then add a URL in the README here.
