Added the ItemIDs.cs file which contains Name of an Item (ex. M1a1_Thompson) and the corresponding ID for that item (307 for M1a1_Thompson)
I'm hoping this will make items easier to deal with. I'll attach the CSV file I created in the process, and the ItemIDs.cs (in the form of ItemIDs.zip, because github won't let me upload .cs) files file incase you want to add it w/o this pull request.
