Kinase Expression Data and Shiny Application

Collection of scripts and shiny app associated with kinase expression.

Currently contains data from the GTEx project and the Human Proteome Map. There is also an R shiny application that displays the data associated with the dark kinases. It can be started with:

shiny::runApp('shiny/')

The application is also available from the Dark Kinome Knowledgebase.
