bitECS: Improve ObjectMenu layout

This commit improves ObjectMenu layout to make it look
close to the old one.

**Changes**

- Hide unimplemented function buttons for now
- Support icon texture in Button3D
- Replace text based rotate, scale, and remove buttons
  to icon based buttons
- Adjust button positions
