Move all functionality from Playback_*.sh, Record_from_*.sh, Reset_paths.sh, Cirrus_listen.sh scripts to single rpicirrusctl.sh
RPi-Cirrus.conf -> RPiCirrus.conf
Additional switch -s to display amixer script.
