WARNING: BuildType 'debug' is both debuggable and has 'isMinifyEnabled' set to true. Debuggable builds are no longer name minified and all code optimizations and obfuscation will be disabled.

Minify gets disabled automatically on debug builds. Also, update to latest NDK r27.
