Members Section #31

I have updated the members section by adding the names under the member's photo

and I also make them dynamic so that we can add any member easily by adding the member details to the data.js file

here I have created the data.js file in the data folder so that we can easily add any member's data to the website. in the members.js file, I have fetched the data stored in the data.js file and added the required HTML to the members section dynamically.
