Hi |
Sonoff RF NO? |
Hi,
Regards, |
https://github.com/RavenSystem/esp-homekit-devices/wiki/RavenCore Everything works very well! Sonoff S26!!! |
I have Sonoff RF too (same model as basic but with RF). Have anybody tested this model? Keeps RF functionality still running? “The nice thing about the way the SONOFF RF is designed is that the RF part is completely separate from the ESP part so after reprogramming the ESP, the RF still works as originally designed. This means that you can still program the RF receiver as you would normally” https://piandmore.wordpress.com/2017/12/16/hacking-the-sonoff-rf/ |
Sonoff RF Yes. Keeps RF functionality still running? not tested! |
Hello, |
here also the switch works very different from the original firmware. |
Hi!, I'm a newbie in programming |
Please! Can anybody help me? |
from readme.nd |
@telespectadorhd |
Hi, On windows with VirtualBox and Ubuntu image i have the following error, can anybody help me ? The Sonoff module is connected on USB port in boot mode. 10x |
IMHO, It’s not good idea to run esptool under virtual machine, since you need direct access to your hardware.. |
I’ve already tried to run esptool under windows but when i run the command to upload the firmware it can’t find it. Where should be the .bin file in order to be find by esptool and uploaded to device ? |
Is it possible to configure the led color? |
Hi, just a question |
Did you reconfigured WiFi setting via Captive Portal? |
Flashed S26 fine, connected to sonos WiFi, entered network password, but doesnt connect to WiFi. station: 74:b5:87:e4:db:6a join, AID = 1
|
my experience: before flash sonoff always do erase_flash, then everything behaves correctly. |
Yes, i erase all before... Thank You! |
yep erase_flash worked for me , thanks. |
Hi, Had anyone from here uploaded the komekit compatible firmware to a Sonoff T1 touch ? |
Hello guys! It is all good with process of installation but I cannot add my device in Home App. I was told by this app that "code is wrong". I have tried to put 11111111 but it does not work. Regards |
Hack Again... |
Norbijr this happened to me , I just did a couple of reboots of the device and tried again . Useful to monitor serial port to get debug. |
Did you get an answer on this? I have the same doubt. Thanks! |
Hello I have used this firmware on a sonoff wall switch (single) and it works fine! I am using two of them for a few weeks now. I can also confirm the requirement of "erase_flash". I didn't do that at first and sonoff was behaving weird but after erasing and flashing again everything is fine. |
@geraldlimkw If you setup the same 2.4 Ghz ssid and password on the new router i think there will not be necessary reprogram the switches. |
Have someone tried to flash this firmware using SonOTA? Is it possible? |
I've updated today my IOS to 12.2 and the Homekit sync stopped working. I've deleted the device and try to add again but it can't be discovered. Does anybody have the same issue ? Any workaround ? |
No, respectively, after upgrading to 12.2 for iPhone and iPad. I haven't done an update on Apple TV (HomeKit bridge) yet. |
NO issue for me in ios 12.2 |
I’ve update all my iOS to 12.2 including my HomePod which works as my home hub. No issues - i’ve Used this firmware with on T1 and Basic. All still works... Of topic but can anyone suggest how I can compile a bin file with advanced files ? What can I use to compile it? |
Maybe it’s a region based issue, the device was perfectly ok untill today when i updated the OS |
Hello, |
Hello, I sent a tip via the coffee page, Iam seeing these issues:
Seems that I cannot connect into the sonoff, it always outputs an issue |
Is there a similar code for sonoff 4ch to be enabled with homekit ? |
Is this in any way maintained? I’m looking around for HomeKit options and this seems to be a perfect fit. But I was wondering if this will work for for example the Sonoff Pow R2? |
No actions neither answers from the author. I payed as many people in thankful for this firmware, but... nothing more :( |
I'm in a situation like yours. no response |
I have used this firmware for 3 sonoff types, Sonoff Basic Unfortunately I have not tried this for anything else yet and not sure if it will work on POW as i feel it would not allow you power monitoring. P.S if anyone know how to compile bin file form aurora provided code, could you let me know please... |
The software works correctly withWL-SW01_16. |
Hi! Have anyone a problem when entering password and clicking save the site is not saving the password and restarting the device? I have tried this on Sonoff RF R2. On Sonoff mini there is no network to select. Any help much appreciated! |
Hi Adam, P.S if anyone know how to compile bin file form advanced provided code, could you let me know please... |
Thanks, mine seems just not accepting changes. I will try to erase first. Check this for compiling: http://supersimo88.altervista.org/hacking-sonoff-for-home-automotion/ - maybe it will help. |
Yes my issue was similar, it would not take my Wi-fi details but erasing before flashing sorted it out. Post back your update just to see how you got on. |
Hi dear, is it works for sonoff 4ch pro? |
Could someone teach me how to use the Button.C code? I'd like to use an external switch. |
is it possible to flash this by Ota from the Tasmota console? |
Hey! I have the new sonoff mini that also has 2 connections for the classic wall switch that is already mounted. This uses the GPIO4 connectors. Basicly, I saw that Tasmota is using the Sonoff basic bin file and allows the user to select GPIO4 to a Switch1(9) that makes it work. Is there such an option in this firmware? |
Does it all work with Gosund SP1? |
Are you able to code in the LED and RELAY pins to the web interface? For example if using the wemos D1 the default relay board is pin D1 or GPIO 5 & the LED pin in GPIO 2. If the GPIO pins could be set on the wifi connect page, that would be awesome? As I'm having some trouble re-compiling..... to the point of I gave up, way to many dependancies. |
After more than a year of trouble-free use of the SONOFF fw released here, a strange thing happened about two weeks ago. SONOOF switches have stopped working but only included in Homekit automation. Thus, to operate the switches manually across the screen is normally functional, and only automation, for example, at the xy time of switching on or closing using a motion detector does not work. Or by including the SONOFF element in the 4 button HUE Philips. I made experiments and unfortunately it is so and I do not know what happened? .. maybe some FW upgrade at the center of Homekit (for me Apple TV) or change the protocol .. ?? (I apologize for my English). |
Hi, Do you have suggestions? |
Is this firmware compatible with TH10/16 and if yes, does it only allow on/off control or does it also allow reporting of temp and humidity in homekit app? |
Hello, thank you very much for your work. Can the GPIO of the Relay be changed? |
hello,
I just send you "take me a coffe" and I download the firmware!
I read that you relase new version! can I have the firmware?
many thanks
