更新内容

1.更新Windows 应用 SDK 版本到1.4 experimental 1
2.升级了任务栏托盘图标右键菜单的样式，改用系统原生的MenuFlyout浮出控件样式
3.更新了工具提示的位置
4.精简了部分代码，移除重复的和不再使用的资源
5.删除Microsoft.Windows.AppLifecycle.dll和Microsoft.Windows.Notification.dll，使用WinRT原生的ToastNotifiation
6.添加了日志记录信息，方便查找并反馈应用出现的异常
7.删除了Sytstem.Console.dll和System.Threading.Thread.dll依赖，精简了安装包体积，相比较上一个版本缩小了1.5MB
