[Feature Request] Hex grid and ruler #26

A toggle for a hex grid in the background (and a ruler?) would be awesome. When creating train maps you otherwise have to move blocks around to check distances.

Absolutely valid feature request, however there is currently noone available with the required knowledge (WPF/XAML) to implement that.
