  • Missing samples in skips_dict now more elegantly handled
  • User home directory path more accurately determined
  • assemble_label and properties calls now use default arguments
  • Indexer uses only 2 threads
  • Peak filtration guidance improved (now indexer is much faster)
  • All instances where recons are shown with imshow now have the correct origins
  • Much faster spatial correction using lookup table
  • Interactive lima segmenter for Eiger data (thanks @jonwright)
  • SLURM segmentation now submits everything at once
  • Some other very minor changes
