This minor maintenance release includes 18 bug fixes and enhancements.

Viewer enhancements:

New loading indicator common to all Story Maps apps on all browsers
Improved the bullet layout, the bullets are now fully integrated in the header so they don't overlap the medias
Reviewed themes to provide more contrast between the active, inactive and hover states
Added support for an embed mode through the URL parameter embed in which the application header is not displayed
Improved the responsiveness of the Locator button and display an error message when location can not be accessed

Builder enhancements:

Increased the maximum number of entries in an application from 15 to 30
Support the publication of subscription and premium services in public application through My Stories - see documentation
Improved support for integrating web scene. Multiple sections can integrate a same web scene at different slide without requiring to reload the whole scene when navigating between sections - see documentation
Multiple users can collaborate on a Story Maps creation/edition through a new group capability - see documentation
Administrators (and users with roles that grant administrator privilege) can edit all the Story Maps of their Organization

Viewer fixes:

Fixed issue preventing some stories to load on Internet Explorer 9
Fixed a display issue where the media would not use the whole available space
Fixed GeoRSS layer not appearing
Fixed popup charts tooltip not displaying on iPad
Removed blue outline that were appearing around various element when clicking them
Fixed issue where the customizable link and social buttons could overlap the title

Builder fixes:

Fixed issue where copy/pasting text from some external document irrevocably corrupts the application
Fixed issue where the header logo url would not be saved

Technical changes

Provide feedback
